# Reviewing annotation

Once an image is completed and [submitted](https://docs.annostation.orni.co.jp/annotating#submit-an-image), reviewers can check annotation for quality assurance. 

1. If annotation requires no modification, click on **Pass**.
2. If annotation requires modification, select **Ask for change.**
3. Optionally [leave comments](https://docs.annostation.orni.co.jp/mastering-annostation/collaboration/comments) if further clarification is needed.

Depending on the result of the review, the status of the image changes.
